Blackball Signature is an ensemble of 仙草 and 6 signature toppings: 芋Q，芋圆，地瓜圆，金薯，红豆，珍珠，(grass jelly, chewy sweet potato / taro balls, red
bean, and black pearls). For the grass jelly, you can choose to
have it hot (liquid grass jelly) / warm / cold / icy (ice kachang).
"Blackball Signature" does not allow changes
in toppings, you may only omit some toppings out of the 6. If you prefer
to customize you own bowl, you can go for their "mix and match"
with 4 toppings to available, same price at S$4.90. But no sugar level
to choose for bowled desserts.
I prefer the Hot version, which the grass jelly is in liquid form, but
not nice to appear in photo, as all the toppings sink to the bottom.
